Ulf: An ER visit wouldn't just give painkillers but also antibiotics to address the infection, and those should be taken completely.

The reason I am poking at this is because my friend's father died from this. He had an infection in his mouth, took antibiotics only until the symptoms went away, and then the infection made its way to his brain, gave him meningitis, and he died. It was such a shock. I knew the guy, he was a nice guy and he died from an oral infection.

That's why I want you to get this checked...overly-worried about this kind of thing.
