Who here used to be on Gaia back when it was a thing? I know on AE most people on there were Gaians (people from AE on Gaia is how I was invited to AE, so thank Fuzzy and Dwarf for your suffering) but I forget if anyone here used to be part of it.

I just ask because it's funny, it was my 12th anniversary there yesterday, so I checked it out, and holy shit has it gotten fucked. They gave out items worth 5 BILLION gold like nothing, wish I had that much back in 05, I would have gotten sooo much art lol

I'm recording a lo-fi black metal-esque EP and I've painted the cover for it

I tried logging in as I haven't in well over 10 years but in order for me to get my account unarchived I'd have to write them. Not that I really wanna remember how insufferable I was.

For like five seconds as a kid before I forgot my password and didn't give enough of a shit to make a new account.

Amusingly enough, my account there is still in good order. Just more or less dormant, only getting logged into a time or two a year.

Still has 5600 gold in it, newbie attire, and nothing of significance.

Once and a great while I'm reminded of it and I go log in to it again just to keep it alive, but seriously who actually still goes there regularly.

I do because the guild I hung out in still has people posting now and then. Though it's low traffic now.
