I can do 2AM or 3AM sometimes, but after that my overall ability to think kinda runs out of steam until I get some sleep.
It sucks too when a server breaks right around then, cause if it isn't a quick fix I'm stuck staring at it for several hours before I get frustrated and sleep on it.

What a gigantic shit pile the past few weeks have been. Nothing particularly "bad" happening in life, it's just my fucking back still is killing me. The pain got so bad I ended up going in for an xray, thinking I must have severely fucked something. Xray was absolutely gorgeous, so it's nerve pain. To give you an idea, the doc gave me four shots to the back and one of them stung a little.
Doc: "Yeah, sorry, that one had to go into a nerve in your spine."
Me: "Actually, that hurt a little less than this back pain."
That is to say: a needle shoving fluid into a spinal nerve hurt less than the back pain, which I mentioned before but is still worth mentioning.
I've been on a lot of medication and mostly been staying away from workouts, which fucking sucks but it is what it is. Then, last week Friday, my neck started killing me after I sneezed, hurting like I broke it. Then my shoulder two days later, after it made a "click" noise when I leaned on my hand while seated. I ended up getting the idea to take my migraine medication (migraine is for nerve, nerve pain is nerves, so maybe it could help...that was my reasoning) and it helped to take the edge off and get me some movement back. I went to the doc the next day to talk about it and he said that's not unheard of and gave me a shit ton of the same medicine. I actually had to go back to the pharmacy the following day since they don't normally carry it and I bought their entire stock plus needed more.
So it's been slowly getting better, slowly. And that might mean I might have a reliable pain treatment instead of treating it with pain killers and muscle relaxants like they tried to before, which didn't work very well because the meds were so strong. I was misdiagnosed along the way, so now that we have an accurate diagnosis (as far as we can tell) we may be able to get me some more help.

I still tend to fall asleep at like 1AM and wake up again at 7AM.
Most nights I just plain don't fall asleep when I should.
