To me it looked more like torture and brainwashing than any kind of rape scene.

At no point in the series was there actual rape going on- just a lot of violence and verbal abuse.

Only thing that's actually shown is the mother rubbing on the daughters body.
Rakko's the only one that gave it a rape tag.
